QUEEN’S COUNSEL APPOINTMENTS 2020 The Queen’s Counsel Selection Panel invites applications from advocates with rights of audience in England and Wales who believe they meet the competency requirements to a standard of excellence. Solicitors who hold rights of audience in the higher courts and employed barristers are eligible, as well as barristers in independent practice.
