The cost of application is £2,730 (£2,275 + VAT).  There will be a further appointment fee of £4,800 (£4,000 plus VAT) paid by successful applicants. Those applicants with low incomes (gross fees below £90,000) are entitled to pay concessionary fees, which are half the standard level.  The fees may only be paid by bank transfer.
